The structure of MGXTSWV optical cable is to put 250 μm optical fiber into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and fill the loose tube with waterproof compound. The loose tube is vertically wrapped with a layer of double-sided plastic-coated steel strip (PSP), and a water-blocking material is added between the steel strip and the loose tube to ensure the compactness and longitudinal water-blocking of the optical cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides to extrude the polyethylene inner sheath, and then a layer of polyethylene outer sheath is squeezed outside the inner sheath to form a cable.
