Our FTTH drop cables are built for quick, clean installs from the distribution point to the customer ONT. Available in flat or round designs, self-supporting figure-8 with steel or FRP messenger, and compact indoor/outdoor armored versions. Using bend-insensitive single-mode fiber (G.657A1/A2), they keep low loss and stable performance even in tight routing.
Bend-insensitive fiber: G.657A1/A2 helps maintain low loss in tight spaces.
Install-ready: Easy stripping, kink resistance, optional pre-terminated connectors.
Indoor/outdoor options: UV PE for outdoors; LSZH/PVC for indoors; transition versions available.
Stronger protection: Aramid yarns, steel/FRP messenger, optional armor for crush/rodent risk.
OEM/ODM support: Custom print, length, color, connectors, and packaging.
Flat Drop (1–4 fibers): Easy fastening and wall/facade routing; great for short runs and building entry.
Round Drop: Smooth pulling in ducts and flexible routing through corners.
Self-Supporting (Figure-8): Built-in steel/FRP messenger for aerial spans, fewer fittings, faster pole-to-home installs.
Armored Indoor/Outdoor Drop: Slim metal or corrugated steel armor for crush/rodent protection with compact OD.
Fiber: SM G.657A1/A2 (others on request)
Fiber count: 1–4 standard (custom available)
Strength members: Aramid yarn; FRP/steel reinforcement; steel/FRP messenger for self-supporting
Jacket: Outdoor UV PE; indoor LSZH or PVC; indoor/outdoor transition options
Performance: Low loss, pull/crush strength matched to route type
Short outdoor facade: Flat drop with PE jacket
Ducts / tight bends: Round drop + G.657A2
Pole-to-house aerial span: Self-supporting with FRP or steel messenger
High-risk areas: Armored drop for crush/rodent protection
Custom jacket color/printing, fiber count, OD, messenger type, reel length, and connectors (LC/SC, UPC/APC; MPO on request). Pre-termination with pulling socks, labels, and serial tracking available. Technical support for route design, tension/bend checks, accessories, and optical budget.
Type (flat/round/self-supporting/armored) + fiber (G.657A1/A2) + fiber count + jacket (PE/LSZH/PVC) + messenger (none/FRP/steel) + reel length + connectorization (none/LC/SC, UPC/APC) + labeling/compliance needs.
Q1: Do you offer pre-terminated FTTH drops?
Yes—LC/SC (UPC or APC) pre-terminated options are available for faster deployment.
Q2: Which drop cable for an aerial pole-to-house span?
Choose a self-supporting figure-8 drop with FRP or steel messenger.
Q3: What minimum bend radius should I use?
For tighter routing, use G.657A2 and follow the cable’s specified bend radius—avoid sharp staples and over-tight ties.
Q4: Do you have armored versions for rodent-prone routes?
Yes—indoor/outdoor armored drops add a thin metal layer or corrugated steel for added protection.
